Confirm that your Husqvarna product was purchased new and unused from an authorized dealer. The warranty does not cover used, repackaged, or unauthorized products.
Verify that your product is within the applicable warranty period from the date of the original purchase and that the issue relates to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal outdoor use.
Make sure the issue is not the result of misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, incorrect fuel or oil mixtures, modifications, impacts, accidents, or conditions beyond normal use. These are excluded from warranty coverage.
Visit the official Husqvarna Group website and navigate to the Product Registration to register your product.
Enter your product model number, serial number, date of purchase, and dealer information to complete the registration. Product registration helps streamline warranty verification and request processing.
Retain your original proof of purchase and product documentation in a safe place throughout the warranty period, as it may be required to validate any warranty claim.
If your Husqvarna product requires warranty service, contact your authorized Husqvarna dealer or Husqvarna customer support with your model details and proof of purchase ready.
Provide a clear description of the issue and follow the instructions provided by the dealer or service technician to determine if the repair or replacement qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Once your claim is reviewed, Husqvarna will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Replacement parts or a comparable product may be used. Refunds are typically not issued under the warranty.
Warranty periods vary by product category and model:
Outdoor Power Tools and Equipment: Typically 2–3 years from the date of original purchase (refer to your product manual for exact terms)
Robotic Mowers: Coverage may differ based on model and registration status
Warranty duration is valid only in the country where the product was purchased.
9335 Harris Corners Parkway, Suite 500, Charlotte, NC 28269.
Husqvarna warrants eligible outdoor power equipment to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for the applicable warranty period.
