Unlike the product registration method, you need to get in touch with the customer service team to file a warranty claim. When making a claim, your name, delivery address, phone number, product details and detailed explanation of the problem should be in your hand.
King Living provides a 14-day window for submitting a warranty claim as soon as defects or issues are detected. This can be done through an online request or by making a direct call over the phone.
The final decision on the warranty claim will be made by the Customer Service representative whether it is valid or not. In this situation, you might have to provide photographic evidence, a written explanation, and extra information about the trouble you are facing.
You have a time period of 30 days of delivery to register your products purchased online to receive the 3-year extended warranty and to make a 30-day Mattress Warranty claim. All kinds of warranties are not transferable and are applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product.
The order number, used for tracking orders, can be found on the purchase receipt, the legacy tag inside the furniture, the bottom of the furniture, in your email inbox, in the order or purchase history in your account, or provided by the customer service team.

King Living provides a warranty for all King-branded products and specific components against failure due to manufacturing defects for a specified period. Although King reserves the right to modify the terms of the warranty, any changes will not affect the terms applicable at the time of your product purchase. The optional 3-Year Extended Warranty is available for purchase per module at an additional charge. To qualify for the extended warranty, the customer's delivery address must be in the metro area of cities with a King Showroom (Eligible Customer Address). Furthermore, the product and its components must remain at the Eligible Customer Address throughout the initial 2-year warranty period and the subsequent 3-year Extended Warranty period.
1-year warranty on electrical accessories for indoor products
2-year warranty on Sofa accessories for indoor products
5-year warranty on King Ropes, Steel or alloy frames for outdoor products
25-year warranty on Steel or alloy frames for indoor products
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances: to any exclusions specifically listed for the relevant product or component in the mentioned table; and when the product has been delivered to a location outside of Australia, whether by King, another third party, or the original purchaser. Additionally, if, at any point during the original purchaser's use of the product, they transport it to a location outside of Australia, the warranty becomes void. Moreover, the warranty is not applicable to products or components that have not been directly purchased from King, have had their product tags removed, altered, or defaced, or have been modified or changed without approval from King. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover fabrics supplied by you or outside suppliers. It's important to note that fabrics and leathers supplied by an external supplier may be subject to the supplier’s own warranties. The warranty also excludes normal wear and tear associated with the products and components. Additionally, it does not cover color variations caused by exposure to the local environment for products such as fabrics, leathers, timber veneer, and solid timber. The warranty further excludes damage caused by the use of parts and consumables that are not genuine manufacturer’s parts and consumables. It does not cover products or components that become defective as a consequence of misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, commercial use, or mishandling during transit.
