  • A form to register your warranty is maintained by Billi Water Systems. Your name, residential, purchase, and contact details should be provided.

  • Additionally, the form requires information about the installer, including their name, home address, and any other necessary information.

  • The attached receipt copy can be in JPG or PDF format, within a size limit of 128 MB.

Step 2:

  • They have provided the option to either book a service or an installation. After filling out the fields, the Billi-accredited technicians will be at your doorstep for the service.

  • Keeping your budget in mind, Billi offers you three types of plans: gold, silver, and a refillable CO2 plan. Similarly, for installation booking, there are three plans.

Step 3:

  • The subjects regarding video guidance, FAQs, shop filters, water systems, tech, and spec documents are all sheltered under the customer care department.

  • The Billi Customer Care team comprises a nationwide network of trained service technicians and service agents, ensuring technically accurate, prompt, and dependable service.

  • During the warranty process, Billi Water Systems may provide one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period, which is either 1 or 2 years.

What is covered under the Billi Water Systems Warranty?

The warranty applies to defects in a product supplied by Billi and purchased by the customer from an authorized reseller within the specified warranty period. In such instances, Billi has the discretion to either dispatch an accredited service provider to the customer's premises (provided they are located within Australia) for free defect repair or direct the customer to return the product to Billi, where a replacement product will be provided at no cost. If the latter option is chosen, Billi will cover necessary freight charges, while the customer is responsible for removal and installation costs. Products replaced or repaired under this Product Warranty inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, or three months, whichever is longer. In the event of a product or part replacement by Billi under this warranty, all rights, title, and interest in the replaced product or part become the property of Billi upon replacement.

What is NOT covered under the Billi Water Systems Warranty?

The warranty becomes void under the following circumstances: if the product is not installed correctly and the provided installation instructions are not followed; if the defect is due to or caused by improper usage of the product, or if the product is used for purposes other than its designated or intended use; if the defect arises wholly or partially from any act or omission by the customer or any person other than Billi; if the product is subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, or abuse, or if the customer continues to use the product after the defect becomes apparent; if the product is damaged as a result of poor water quality; if the product is repaired, or any attempt to repair the product is made, by anyone other than an authorized repairer acting at Billi’s direction; or if the product is altered or modified in any way unless such modification has been expressly approved in writing by Billi.
