What is covered under the King Electric Warranty?

Only products labeled as A and A+ are eligible for returns. The warranty policy exclusively applies to defective products. It's important to adhere to the return process within 90 days of purchase; otherwise, the claim will be nullified. In the event of a defective product, the company will either repair or replace it at no cost. However, customers will be responsible for all expenses related to the removal or re-installation of the product, as well as shipping and labor charges, if the product is not deemed defective.
