Step 1:

  • A restocking fee is applied — 10% for returns made within 30 days, 20% within 60 days, and 30% within 90 days. Please note that larger returns may cost you high.

What is covered under the King Electric Warranty?

Only the products which are labeled as A and A+ are returnable. The warranty policy only covers defective products. Note that the return process should be made within 90 days of purchase. Otherwise, the claim will go void. If the product is deemed defective, the company will opt for either repair or replacement, without any charges. Or else, all expenses associated with the removal or re-installation of the product along with shipping and labor charges will be incurred from the customers.
