To register a product in King Electric and claim warranty, you can follow these steps.
The warranty claim of the King Electric is quite straightforward. To make the warranty valet process simple and easier, King Electric has dedicated a page to register your products.
Complete registering your products by entering your details such as name, address, email, phone, date of purchase, and other mandatory details.

As the first step, you need to get the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. For RGA, you can simply submit the form or contact the authorized representatives. Note that you will need the invoice to complete submission.
You should provide the Purchase Order Number to validate the warranty. The returns must be made within 90 days, as the products that exceeded the 90 days period are not included in the King Electric warranty policy.
A restocking fee is applied — 10% for returns made within 30 days, 20% within 60 days, and 30% within 90 days. Please note that larger returns may cost you high.

Only the products which are labeled as A and A+ are returnable. The warranty policy only covers defective products. Note that the return process should be made within 90 days of purchase. Or else, all expenses associated with the removal or re-installation of the product along with shipping and labor charges will be incurred from the customers.

1-Year Warranty — E-Series Flippable - Duct Heater, K-Series Baseboard, EKB Garage Heater
The failures due to improper maintenance by the owner, misuse/abuse of products, negligence, and trot are excluded from King Electric’s warranty policy. The firm doesn’t promise any written or oral warranty given by representatives, dealers, employees of the firm, or any other person.
