Kenmore offers warranty for the products purchased from their authorized Transformco retailers, formerly known as Sears Brands Management Corporation. Some of the authorized retailers are Sears, Kmart, Amazon, Costco, and Lowe’s.
If your product is found to be defective, they will repair it for free, utilizing skilled technicians who have an average of 11 years of experience.
Note that no fee is applicable for repairing a defective product. When the repair is not feasible, a new product will be replaced and installed free of charge.
In order to obtain appliance warranty coverage, you are required to present evidence of the original purchase from an authorized Kenmore (Transformco*) retailer.
You can Register you products by filling out their registration form by providing your personal and product details.
If you are unable to find any Authorized Transformco retailers within your travel distance of 30 miles for returning in-warranty, defective appliances, or appliances not eligible for repair, contact Kenmore's customer support.
Kenmore’s customer support is pretty flexible and reachable. They support all your inquiries about warranty coverage over the phone.
