What is covered under the Kambrook Warranty?

Every Kambrook product is covered by a designated Replacement Warranty period. Should the product exhibit faults or malfunctions during the initial 12 months of domestic use from the purchase date, attributable to defects in workmanship or materials, Kambrook will provide a replacement. The warranty for any replacement product is applicable only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. The warranty is eligible to be claimed in Australia only.

What is NOT covered under the Kambrook Warranty?

The warranty excludes damaged consumable items or damage resulting from wear and tear. Breakables, such as glass and ceramic items, are also not covered. Additionally, please be aware that the warranty does not encompass the expenses associated with claiming under the warranty or transporting the goods to and from the place of purchase. Certain accessories, including consumables and breakables, are not included in the 12-month replacement warranty.
