The warranty is applicable in the U.S.A. and Canada for a period of one year from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to note that this warranty cannot be transferred to another party. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the item must be purchased from an authorized reseller, and you will need to provide the original sales receipt as proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will either be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Kalorik, without any cost to the customer. If a replacement product is issued, it will carry over the remaining warranty from the original product. Additionally, Kalorik retains the right to substitute the warranted item with a product of equal or greater value.
1-year warranty on defects in material and workmanship
The warranty excludes any defects that result from the product's misuse or negligence on the part of the buyer or user, failure to adhere to the instructions specified in the user's manual, usage with a current or voltage other than what's indicated on the product, normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations or repairs, and commercial utilization. Furthermore, this warranty does not encompass glass components, glass containers, filter baskets, blades, agitators, or the typical wear and tear that occurs with the general use of accessories. It's also important to note that the warranty does not extend to parts that are lost by the user.
