What is NOT covered under the Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Warranty?

The warranty does not extend coverage to instances such as improper installation of the product, incorrect house wiring or plumbing, improper use requiring instruction, accidental damage, neglect, or Acts of God. Commercial use, infestation by pests like insects, rodents, or other animals, surface corrosion, scratches, discoloration, weather, and atmospheric-related staining, as well as minor surface rust and oxidation are also excluded. Additionally, weathering of any components made from wood, wear and tear of gasket seals, normal recommended maintenance outlined in the product's use and care guide, costs of unapproved repairs not arranged by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, and the expenses associated with pick-up and delivery are not covered by the warranty.
