  • An authorized Nomad reseller will ask you for a confirmation email or proof of purchase while making the warranty claim. You must have the order number for online purchases.

  • You will receive a new replacement or a store credit once they approve your claim. The return shipping fees may be covered by Nomad.

Step 2:

  • A refund, exchange, or store credit is provided for products that are sent back within thirty days from the date when the order was delivered. Any used, customized, and unboxed products will not be accepted.

  • As soon as your return or exchange is submitted, Nomad sends you a prepaid return shipping label, which should be printed, or a QR code that must be shown at the post office to return the products, along with detailed return guidelines.

  • A refund or store credit will be issued within one or two business days, and for exchanges, there is a significant difference in processing time, which is 3-7 business days. The order's original payment method is used to credit the refund.

  • It is advisable to use a shipping method with a tracking service when sending your return, especially in the event of potential delays or exceptions with your return shipment.
