Step 1:

  • For warranty-related claims, you are supposed to contact team members who handle technical issues via email or over the phone. Moreover, they have four separate phone numbers for each category.

  • Prior to calling or emailing them, completing the form will be useful for them to get back to you as soon as possible. You can type your issue in the comment box.

Step 2:

  • Your product will be repaired in person when it cannot be rectified over the phone. You have to return the products to Vollrath or its authorized service agent, covering any freight or travel charges.

  • If it is decided that they cannot repair your product anymore or it is not practical, you will be supplied with a new one, but you need to return the existing product that you already have.

Step 3:

  • The information, such as your name, phone number, business name, and address, product and serial number, purchase date, proof of purchase, dealer's name, credit card, and an explanation of the product failure, needs to be submitted for requesting warranty service.

  • If Vollrath or the authorized service agent concludes that the issue falls outside the scope of the warranty, the end user will be responsible for covering all associated service charges. This includes costs for parts, diagnosis, repair, and the travel expenses of the service agent.

  • During the warranty process, Vollrath Kitchen Equipments may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. They provide a 12 or 18-month warranty on parts and labor.

What is covered under the Vollrath Kitchen Equipments Warranty?

The Vollrath Company LLC assures to the original commercial end user that every food service product from Vollrath will be devoid of defects in materials and workmanship. Within the warranty period, Vollrath will either repair or, at its discretion, replace the defective product or part without incurring any charges.

What is NOT covered under the Vollrath Kitchen Equipments Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to products acquired for purposes other than standard commercial food service. It excludes coverage for damages arising from shipping incidents, accidents, neglect, or improper installation, setup, or use. Additionally, the warranty is not applicable in cases where operating instructions and scheduled maintenance procedures are not followed, or if the products are modified in any way beyond the original model, including the substitution of non-factory-authorized parts, unauthorized removal, or addition of any parts. Normal wear and tear is also not covered by the warranty.
