  • The goods which are not in resalable condition and the original packaging cannot be returned. Hence, please follow the mentioned rules and regulations while sending the products back to them. You have 30 days to return the items.

  • The customer care team must be informed via email right after you receive the damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. You have to attach the Returns Label provided on the delivery note on the outside surface of the package. 

  • On the rear side of the delivery note, you can find the return code column which is also to be completed prior to returning. The return policy is for the products purchased from the original website.

What is covered under the Joseph Joseph Kitchenware Warranty?

What is NOT covered under the Joseph Joseph Kitchenware Warranty?

Accidental damage, routine wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse or negligence, staining caused by strongly colored foods/spices, melting due to overheating, scoring of boards, and rusting of stainless steel are not covered by the guarantee policy. The guarantee does not cover bin liners, filters, and spare parts. The guarantee becomes invalid under the following circumstances: if the products have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Joseph Joseph if they were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, or through an unauthorised re-seller. In such instances, consumer rights would be directed to the point of sale.
