The guarantee encompasses defects in workmanship and/or materials under standard domestic usage and adherence to the provided care instructions. It becomes effective from the initial date of purchase and is applicable exclusively to the original product.

Accidental damage, routine wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse or negligence, staining caused by strongly colored foods/spices, melting due to overheating, scoring of boards, and rusting of stainless steel are not covered by the guarantee policy. The guarantee does not cover bin liners, filters, and spare parts. The guarantee becomes invalid under the following circumstances: if the products have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Joseph Joseph if they were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, or through an unauthorised re-seller. In such instances, consumer rights would be directed to the point of sale.
