  • The information to be completed is divided into four categories in the warranty registration form. That information includes your personal details, product information, dealer authorized by Perlick, and other additional details.

  • You benefit from the registration as it gives you an advantage, such as receiving the full warranty, and you should try to complete all details without fail.

Step 2:

  • All products are allowed to be returned without exceeding the 90-day time frame from the original shipment due to continuous modifications in product design. Perlick advises you to send photos of the product before obtaining the Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

  • Without an RMA number, you cannot initiate the return process. Merchandise ought to be returned in a condition of unused perfection, with elements like undamaged laser paper, carefully enclosed in their original cartons or crates.

  • The validity period of the RMA number is 60 days from the date it is issued and any issued credits remain valid for a duration of one year from the date of their issuance. They don't pay the refund for the returned product.

Step 3:

  • The standard restocking fee for all qualifying products is set at 35%. The fee is applicable to items that meet the criteria for return, and it will be charged accordingly. You come to know about the restocking fee when they issue the RMA number.

  • Although you have unresolved doubts, please contact customer support, as they have successfully rectified many critical situations. In fact, they look forward to assisting you.

  • During the warranty process, Perlick may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. They offer different warranty periods for different products.

What is covered under the Perlick Warranty?

Perlick Corporation represented as "Perlick," assures to the initial retail buyer that its products will be devoid of material and workmanship defects throughout the stipulated warranty period. The warranty is applicable solely to products installed within the fifty states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and the ten provinces of Canada. It is important to note that the warranty extends exclusively to the original retail purchaser of the Perlick product and is non-transferable or assignable to others.

What is NOT covered under the Perlick Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for damage occurring during transportation, products that are: incorrectly installed; subjected to misuse or abuse; operated with low voltage; wired in a manner inconsistent with electrical codes; not operated in accordance with Perlick's instructions; not cleaned or maintained as per Perlick's guidelines; modified; or damaged by lightning or other natural events, including cosmetic damage. It also does not cover adjustments to controls, door reversal, condenser cleaning, or other routine maintenance. Additionally, products lacking the original proof of purchase, delivery date, or verifiable serial number are not covered. If Perlick requests an inspection of defective parts, failure to return them voids the warranty. The warranty does not extend to damage caused to other property, such as loss of food due to spoilage or damage resulting from water leakage.
