  • You are required to register your warranty within 28 days of your purchase. Kindly wait for up to 60 days after your purchase date to receive the confirmation email before reaching out to them.

  • The form for enrollment is available on any one of the user manuals which is in PDF format. After the registration is done, Ebac will provide you with quality service and the latest updates based on the details that you provide.

Step 2:

  • Ebac provides you with 30 calendar days to return dehumidifiers and 60 calendar days for washing machines. Returns can be made for free within the specified time limit. You are requested to pack your products in the original packaging.

  • The original method of payment is used to credit the refund. The refund amount cannot be processed until it is inspected and receipted back into their system. Approximately, it takes them 2 days to process the refund.

Step 3:

  • Throughout the duration of your warranty, if you encounter any manufacturing defects, Ebac will coordinate the collection and repair of the item at no cost to you.

  • A distinct form is provided on the contact page with the inclusion of your name, phone number, email address, and a big message box.

  • During the warranty process, Ebac may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 7-year warranty period.

What is covered under the Ebac Warranty?

The Ebac Product Guarantee becomes active from the date of purchase and is exclusively applicable to products acquired directly from Ebac. This guarantee is non-transferable, and any change in ownership will only be recognized if Ebac has granted written approval on official company letterhead.

What is NOT covered under the Ebac Warranty?

The Ebac guarantee does not cover unit breakdown resulting from various factors, including non-compliance with safety regulations and warnings specified in the operating instructions. Additionally, faults caused by the user due to operating errors, lack of care and maintenance, misuse, or neglect of the unit are not covered. The guarantee is not applicable for non-domestic or commercial use, intentional damage by the owner or third parties, faulty repairs conducted by parties other than Ebac, external influences such as weather or transit damage if correct packaging is not used, visual blemishes like marks and dents, use of non-approved accessories, care products or spare parts, damage to accessories, and accidental damage.
