The warranty holds legitimacy solely for items acquired through an authorized Bowers & Wilkins retailer or dealer. It commences from the purchase date and is exclusive to the original owner, remaining non-transferable.
The warranty does not extend to the deterioration of component parts prone to wear or depletion with use, such as batteries and headphone ear pads. It also excludes any interoperability issues with third-party products unless explicitly specified by them. Damages resulting from incorrect installation, connection, or packing are not covered. The warranty is not applicable to products with altered, deleted, removed, or illegible serial numbers. Furthermore, it becomes invalid if repairs or modifications are performed by an unauthorised person. The warranty does not cover expenses related to transportation, removal, or installation of products, including any associated costs or risks. The counterfeit products do not come under the warranty policy.
