  • The approval or rejection status of the refund will be communicated to the customers by JONPONY after they check the returned products. Automatic refunds are enabled for products approved for the refund claim.

  • The products should be returned by enclosing them in the original packaging, showing no signs of wear or use, and including tags and proof of purchase.

What is covered under the Jonpony Chair Warranty?

JONPONY guarantees to repair or replace any JONPONY chair found to have material or workmanship defects within one year from the original purchase date, as long as you, the original owner, still possess the chair.

What is NOT covered under the Jonpony Chair Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which are expected over the course of ownership, nor does it apply to misuse, abuse, or excessive use of the product.
