JONPONY guarantees to repair or replace any JONPONY chair found to have material or workmanship defects within one year from the original purchase date, as long as you, the original owner, still possess the chair.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which are expected over the course of ownership, nor does it apply to misuse, abuse, or excessive use of the product. It also excludes modifications or attachments not approved by JONPONY, and products that were not installed, used, or maintained according to the provided instructions and warnings. Additionally, the warranty does not cover products used for rental or commercial purposes. Damage caused by the carrier in transit is handled under separate terms.
