Banzai has no authorization to accept returns or provide monetary refunds, as they are a customer service and replacement process center.
You should request a refund from the retailer where you purchased the products. The refund will be processed according to the retailer's return, exchange, or refund policy.
Banzai provides no warranty for most of the products or a 60-day warranty period from the date of purchase. The customer service department of Toys Inquiry should be contacted for further clarification.
