Step 1:

  • Confirm your product was purchased new and unopened from an authorized JAM retailer. The warranty does not cover opened, used, repaired, repackaged, or resealed products, including those sold on internet auction sites or by surplus or bulk resellers.

    Verify your product is within the 1-year warranty period from the original date of purchase, and that the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased.

  • Make sure the issue is not the result of misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized accessories, alteration, improper installation, power loss, or any condition beyond JAM's control; these are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.

Step 2:

  • Visit the JAM Audio website to register your product. Registration helps the Consumer Relations team locate your purchase details faster and ensures your warranty is on record for any future service requests.

    Have your product model number readily available at all times. This is the first thing the JAM Consumer Relations team will ask for when you contact them for warranty or support assistance.

  • Retain your original proof of purchase in a safe place for the full 1-year warranty period. This confirms your purchase date and is required to validate any warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • If you purchased your JAM product from a retail store, return it directly to the store where you made the purchase. If you are unable to exchange it at the original point of purchase and the product is still under warranty, contact JAM Consumer Relations by phone or by email with your model number ready.

    If you purchased from the JAM Audio website, returns may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost fill out the Returns Form on the packing slip and send it back with the merchandise; a pre-printed return label is included on your original packing slip for convenience; JAM cannot be responsible for lost returns, so use an insured and tracked shipping method.

    Once your warranty claim is reviewed, JAM will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product if replacement parts are unavailable. JAM reserves the right to make a product substitution; note that no refunds will be given under the warranty, and the typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is two to four weeks, which may be longer during high-volume periods.

What is covered under the JAM Audio Warranty?

JAM USA warrants all products to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. JAM will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

  • If replacement parts are unavailable, JAM reserves the right to substitute a comparable product. No refunds will be issued under the warranty.
  • This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to retailers. It is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased.

What is NOT covered under the JAM Audio Warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized accessories, alteration, improper installation, improper use of electrical supply, power loss, drops, neglect, vandalism, theft, or environmental conditions.

  • Products that have been opened, used, repaired, repackaged, or resealed at the time of purchase including products sold through internet auction sites or surplus and bulk resellers.
  • Products that have been repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior written consent of JAM USA any such action immediately voids the warranty; this warranty also does not apply to products modified for use in a country other than the country for which they were designed.
