  • Jardan Furniture does not provide refunds for changes of mind. Each item undergoes thorough quality control and inspection for faults before being dispatched. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact them promptly.

  • Exchanges or credit notes are available for all full-priced homeware items (excluding rugs, art, beauty items, and earrings) when returned within 14 days of purchase or receiving your online order.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by the receipt and all original packaging. The right to refuse a return is reserved if the merchandise does not meet their standards.

Step 2:

  • You are required to inform Jardan Furniture in writing of any Goods or services that do not comply with the relevant warranties within 24 hours of the delivery of the respective goods or, if occurring after delivery, within the warranty period.

  • Floor Stock items are protected by the remaining duration of their standard structural warranty, which is calculated from the date of manufacture rather than the date of purchase.

Step 3:

  • Their products are backed by guarantees that are irremovable under the Australian Consumer Law. You might qualify to have the goods repaired or replaced in the event that they do not meet Jardan's quality and design standards.

  • If an inspection is necessary to identify the nature and cause of the issue, a representative will conduct it at a mutually agreeable time.

  • During the warranty period, Jardan Furniture may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or a warranty service. The warranty period can be 1, 2, 5, or 10 years.

  • 1-year warranty on lights, lamps, marble, travertine, rattan, fabric, leather, and bronze products

  • 2-year warranty on mechanisms

  • 5-year warranty on inserts, steel, and aluminum, chairs, tables, and storage

  • 10-year warranty on upholstered furniture
