Exchanges or credit notes are available for all full-priced homeware items (excluding rugs, art, beauty items, and earrings) when returned within 14 days of purchase or receiving your online order.
Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by the receipt and all original packaging. The right to refuse a return is reserved if the merchandise does not meet their standards.

10-year warranty on upholstered furniture
The warranty does not extend to cover wear and tear, as well as scratching, scuffing, and chipping on surfaces treated with 2pac, lacquer, and oil. Additionally, it does not cover COM (customers own material). Factors such as environmental conditions, including direct sunlight, are also excluded from warranty coverage.
