Within 14 days of delivery, you can return your product for a complete refund if, for any reason, you're not happy with it. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return.
After receiving the item, please return it to them at your own expense within 14 days. They will fully refund your original payment method as soon as they get the item and verify that it satisfies the return requirements mentioned.
Return shipping charges are not refundable, and any returns that are lost or damaged in transit are not covered by the company. The warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.
Within the warranty period and, at the latest, 30 days following the failure to perform, the Company must receive any claims under the warranty.

Nostalgia Products LLC ensures that the product will be devoid of defects in material and workmanship during regular home use, contingent upon proper operation and maintenance in accordance with the provided instructions. This warranty is applicable solely to the original retail buyer of the product, starting from the initial date of retail purchase. Validity requires the presentation of the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase date is essential to avail of warranty benefits.
The warranty excludes regular wear and tear or damage resulting from shipping, mishandling, misuse, accidents, alterations, improper replacement parts, or usage other than ordinary household use. Remanufactured goods are not covered under the warranty. The warranty will be nullified if the operating instructions are not followed.
