  • Confirm that your product was purchased new and in its original packaging from an authorized Infinity reseller in the United States. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under the warranty.

  • Check your product’s applicable warranty period, as coverage varies by category and model. Always refer to the warranty card included with your product for the exact warranty terms.

  • Make sure the issue is a genuine manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under the warranty.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Infinity Speakers website to register your product. Items purchased directly from Infinity are automatically registered to your checkout email, while products bought from authorized retailers must be registered manually through the support page.

  • Complete the registration by providing your product model, serial number, and original purchase date. Registration is optional, but it helps speed up support and warranty assistance.

  • Keep your original proof of purchase safe for the entire warranty period, as it is required to verify eligibility and process any warranty or service request.

Step 3:

  • Before submitting a claim, visit the Infinity Support website to review the FAQs and troubleshooting guides, as many issues can be resolved without sending in your product. You can also contact the expert support team for personal assistance.

  • If a replacement is required, complete the warranty request form on the support site and provide your product details, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the defect.

  • After review, Infinity may repair, replace, or provide a prorated refund at its discretion. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

  • Home Audio & Portables: 1 year from original date of delivery (non-powered speakers: 5 years)

  • Car Audio, Marine & Powersports: 1 year from original date of delivery

  • Car Audio Premier Lines (Kappa, Kappa Perfect excluding Harley Davidson models, Perfect, Beta): 3 years from original date of delivery

  • Harley Davidson Kappa Perfect Models: 1 year

  • Note: Warranty coverage can differ by model always refer to the warranty card included with your product

What is covered under the Infinity Warranty?

Infinity warrants products delivered new in original packaging from an authorized reseller to the original end-use purchaser against defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal conditions.

  • During the warranty period, the product or its components will be repaired or replaced at Infinity's option at no charge for parts or labor.
  • Alternatively, Infinity may at its sole discretion refund the pro-rated portion of the original purchase price based on the remaining warranty period.
  • Any warranty service or replacement performed will not extend the original warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Infinity Warranty?

Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, or lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance; damage to or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, or from repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized Infinity service center.
  • Deterioration of consumable component parts that are naturally worn or depleted with use, such as batteries and headphone ear pads.
