Ensure the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or power surges is not covered under the warranty.
Visit the Hannspree website to access warranty information, locate the nearest authorized service center, and find support resources for your product.
Keep your original proof of purchase, product model number, and serial number in a safe place, as these are required to verify warranty eligibility before any service is arranged.
It is recommended to keep the original box and packaging materials, as they may be needed if the product must be shipped for repair.
Visit the Hannspree website and complete the online repair form to initiate your warranty claim. For Ireland, you may contact the Hannspree support team. For all other regions, contact the Hannspree Technical Service Center in your country.
Services covered under the warranty will be provided at no cost. Any services outside the warranty coverage will be carried out at the customer's expense, and the service team will inform you of any charges before work begins.
Pack the product securely, preferably using the original box and packaging, and ship it to the service center. The customer is responsible for packaging the defective product safely to prevent damage during transit.
PC Monitors: 3 years from date of original purchase
Touch Monitors: 2 years from date of original purchase
Open Frame Touch Monitors (HO Series, purchased after July 1, 2020): 3 years from date of original purchase
Tablet PCs (HANNspree Pad): 2 years from date of original purchase
Tablet Batteries: 6 months from date of original purchase
Consumable parts (touch module, IP54/65 sealing): 12 months
