Step 1:

  • Confirm that your product was purchased from an authorized Hannspree reseller. The warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

  • Check the warranty card included with your product to confirm the specific coverage period, as warranty terms may vary by product category and model.

  • Ensure the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or power surges is not covered under the warranty.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Hannspree website to access warranty information, locate the nearest authorized service center, and find support resources for your product.

  • Keep your original proof of purchase, product model number, and serial number in a safe place, as these are required to verify warranty eligibility before any service is arranged.

  • It is recommended to keep the original box and packaging materials, as they may be needed if the product must be shipped for repair.

Step 3:

  • Visit the Hannspree website and complete the online repair form to initiate your warranty claim. For Ireland, you may contact the Hannspree support team. For all other regions, contact the Hannspree Technical Service Center in your country.

  • Services covered under the warranty will be provided at no cost. Any services outside the warranty coverage will be carried out at the customer's expense, and the service team will inform you of any charges before work begins.

  • Pack the product securely, preferably using the original box and packaging, and ship it to the service center. The customer is responsible for packaging the defective product safely to prevent damage during transit.

Hannspree Warranty Period:

  • PC Monitors: 3 years from date of original purchase

  • Touch Monitors: 2 years from date of original purchase

  • Open Frame Touch Monitors (HO Series, purchased after July 1, 2020): 3 years from date of original purchase

  • Tablet PCs (HANNspree Pad): 2 years from date of original purchase

  • Tablet Batteries: 6 months from date of original purchase

  • Consumable parts (touch module, IP54/65 sealing): 12 months

What is covered under the Hannspree Warranty?

Hannspree or its authorized agent warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period from the date of original purchase.

  • If a covered defect is confirmed, Hannspree will repair or replace the product with a similar product replacement parts may include refurbished or remanufactured components.
  • Both labour and parts are covered during the warranty period. Proof of purchase must be provided to claim warranty service.
  • Replaced or repaired products are covered for 90 days from shipment or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

What is NOT covered under the Hannspree Warranty?

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty or improper installation, power surges, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use in violation of manufacturer instructions.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage occurring during shipment, failures caused by non-Hannspree products, or damage from acts of God such as flood, storm, or lightning.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, bulbs, and touch module or IP54/65 sealing protection beyond their limited coverage period; pixel defects within the manufacturer's guaranteed pixel policy threshold.
