What is covered under the Jabra Warranty?

Jabra warranty policy applies to:

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased from authorized resellers.
  • Warranty duration is either one (1) year or two (2) years, depending on the product, starting from the purchase date with proof of purchase.
  • Two (2) year warranty requires product registration via the Jabra Sound+ application.
  • Replacement earbuds are included under the warranty.
  • Three (3) year warranty available with product registration via the Jabra Sport Life application.
  • Warranty terms may differ for business products.

What is NOT covered under the Jabra Warranty?

Jabra warranty does not apply to:

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased for personal use, not for commercial resale.
  • Becomes void if the factory-applied serial number, date code label, or product label is altered or removed.
  • Does not cover defects or damages from improper storage, faulty installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, contact with liquids, or exposure to improper conditions.
  • Loss of headsets, headphones, or earbuds, including incidents involving GN Partners, is excluded.
  • Products left uncharged for more than six (6) months are not covered.
  • Excludes liability for incidental or consequential damages, such as commercial losses, ancillary costs, time loss, or inconveniences.
  • Remedies like repairs, replacements, or refunds are the exclusive recourse, overriding other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose.
