Neither GN nor your GN Partner shall be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of any explicit or implicit warranty related to the product. Such damages may encompass commercial losses, ancillary costs, time loss, or inconveniences. To the extent allowed by law, the Warranty serves as the exclusive remedy, superseding all other express and implied warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
