DRiV guarantees consumer purchasers that Champion Iridium spark plugs will either meet or exceed DRiV's performance standards in a properly tuned automotive vehicle for a specific duration (84 months for some types, varying for others) or for the automotive manufacturer's recommended change interval, whichever is later according to the owner's manual. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of Champion spark plugs, you can return the spark plug(s) along with proof of purchase within the applicable warranty period mentioned above. Please note that this guarantee does not cover products installed in automotive vehicles used for commercial purposes, such as fleets, or for performance events. For non-automotive applications, DRiV warrants that Champion spark plugs will meet or exceed DRiV's performance standards during the warranty period specified by the vehicle or engine manufacturer. DRiV's responsibility under these warranties is limited to replacing the worn-out or defective product with a comparable DRiV product in accordance with these warranties. To initiate a claim under these warranties, you must return the worn-out or defective product, along with the original dated receipt, to the dealer or retailer from which it was originally purchased.

These warranties are not applicable to purchases made through unauthorized retailers or dealers, including those found on unauthorized online platforms. This includes purchases made through auction websites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or any other sources not authorized by the manufacturer. Additionally, these warranties do not cover other associated costs, such as expenses for product removal, installation, diagnostic time, or any other charges incurred when replacing the product. The warranties also do not cover products that have been installed on applications not listed in the manufacturer's catalog, products that are new, unused, or display signs of normal wear without being defective, or products that have been misused, modified, altered, improperly applied, or installed incorrectly. They also exclude products that have been damaged in accidents or by events like fire, weather, or other force majeure occurrences. Furthermore, these warranties do not apply to products installed on vehicles used for commercial, fleet, governmental, or racing purposes or those damaged due to vehicle modifications. They also do not cover obsolete parts that are no longer available from the manufacturer, products removed from the original vehicle on which they were installed, non-genuine DRiV branded products or competitive parts, and products installed on vehicles that have been modified beyond the specifications of the original equipment manufacturer. This includes aftermarket modifications for racing, off-road, or power sports applications. Any implied warranties provided by state law are limited to the same duration and terms as outlined in this warranty, to the extent permissible. Furthermore, the cost of product removal and installation is not covered, and any incidental or consequential damages are excluded under these warranties.
