To register a product in It Luggage and claim warranty, you can follow these steps.
As the product registration method is not followed by It Luggage, you are requested to visit the contact page. There, you need to fill out the form, including personal and purchase details. Additionally, proof of purchase, warranty hang tag, a photo of the front of the case, and an image of the faulty product have to be uploaded.
It is important to note that a maximum of ten photos can be uploaded without exceeding more than 3Mb for each photo, and the video's maximum size is 10 Mb. The original owner of the item is eligible to claim the warranty.
You are given a 28-day window from the day you receive your goods to initiate a return for a complete refund. The items should remain unused and be in their original condition and packaging.
Customer support will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have obtained this number, you are ready to proceed with returning the products to them.
You are accountable for covering any return postage costs you may encounter. In the event that an item experiences a fault within the warranty period, they will take care of the expenses associated with returning the item.

The warranty for their products is effective against workmanship and material defects from the purchase date for the specified warranty period. Accounting for reasonable wear and tear, if any workmanship defects emerge during this period, they will strive to repair, furnish new parts, or replace your luggage. In instances where repair or spare parts are unavailable, replacement products will carry a warranty duration equivalent to the remaining time on your original purchase warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids or solvents, or mishandling, including handling by third parties. It also excludes the replacement of other items that may have been purchased as part of a set. Furthermore, incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses, are not covered. Issues with combination locks, such as incorrect settings, forgotten combinations, or deliberate forcing open, are also excluded. Damages to zippers caused by force and products purchased from unauthorized It Luggage retailers are not covered by the warranty.
