What is covered under the Franke Warranty?

Franke provides a guarantee against manufacturing defects for their sinks and offers varying levels of guarantee against manufacturing defects for other products. These guarantees begin from the initial purchase date. To be eligible for the guarantee against manufacturing defects, the product must be installed following Franke's installation instructions, and used as recommended in normal domestic settings, and any claims must adhere to the applicable guarantee terms and conditions. This guarantee is exclusively applicable to individuals residing in the United Kingdom in relation to Franke products included in or previously marketed as part of the Franke UK product portfolio.

What is NOT covered under the Franke Warranty?

The guarantee excludes damages resulting from inappropriate use, intentional or accidental harm, negligence, regular wear and tear, scuffs or scratches, improper installation, inadequate storage, abnormal usage (including exposure to extreme temperatures), or harm due to improper maintenance or cleaning (including the use of unidentified chemicals or cleaners containing corrosive agents). Damages caused by impurities in the water supply or events beyond our control are also not covered.
