Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your watch's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The limited warranty is highly specific: it covers the hands, dial, and watch movement. It specifically excludes the crystal (glass), crown, case, strap, bracelet, and battery. Damage from water intrusion is also excluded unless it is proven to be a factory seal failure under normal specified use.

  • Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or invoice from an authorized retailer ready; the warranty is invalid if the watch was purchased from an unauthorized source.

  • Note that the warranty will be voided if the watch has been serviced or opened by an unauthorized third party. This includes simple battery replacements, which must be performed at an Invicta authorized service center to maintain your eligibility.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, visit the official Invicta Watch Repair portal to generate a service case. While you can ship the watch directly, creating a digital ticket ensures your repair is tracked in the system from arrival to return.

  • You must provide your Watch Model Number (typically a 4 to 6-digit number found on the case back) and a brief description of the malfunction, such as "movement not holding time" or "loose hand."

  • High-quality photographs of the watch may be requested for initial assessment. When preparing to ship, do not include the original gift box or any exotic skin straps (alligator, crocodile, etc.), as these cannot be accepted or returned due to wildlife shipping regulations. Please send the watch case only if you are using an aftermarket strap.

Step 3:

  • If the claim is approved, Invicta will repair the covered components free of charge. However, please note that a flat service evaluation and return shipping fee (typically $28.00 in the USA) is required for all warranty submissions. If the watch cannot be repaired, Invicta may, at its discretion, provide a new timepiece of the same or a similar model.

  • While submitting your claim, make sure your proof of purchase and model details are available. You can submit the claim by contacting their customer support team.

  • Once the team authorizes the repair, you will receive instructions for shipping your watch to the Sandy, Utah service center. Ensure you include a check or money order for the evaluation fee and a copy of your purchase invoice inside the package to prevent processing delays.

invicta Warranty Period:

  • Standard Limited Warranty: 3 Years (Hands, Dial, and Movement)

  • Battery Replacement: Recommended every 2 years through an authorized center.
