Step 1:

  • After you submit the copy of the purchase receipt to the supplier authorized by Astra Walker, then they will provide it to Astra Walker in place of you to claim the warranty. The supplier refers to the entity that sold the product to you.

  • The purchase order and delivery docket number have to be included where the goods were acquired from Astra Walker. Your warranty will be assumed invalid when you fail to provide proof of purchase or equivalent documentation.

Step 2:

  • The products they offer are backed by guarantees that cannot be waived under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a major failure, and you are also entitled to compensation for any other losses or damages that are reasonably foreseeable.

  • You also have the right to request the repair or replacement of the goods if they do not meet acceptable quality standards, and this failure does not constitute a major failure.

Step 3:

  • Astra Walker assumes no responsibility for claims related to labor, additional products, or parts connected to a purportedly faulty product if the associated work has not been pre-approved in writing by Astra Walker.

  • On the left side of the contact form are the official office addresses of Astra Walker. The form includes fields such as personal, contact, residential, and file attachment. The phone number is found at the bottom of our and their page.
