Step 1:

  • HĀVA AURA provides you with 14 days from the date you received the order to return the normal or faulty products in an undamaged, non-stained, and odor-free condition, without the smell of perfume, deodorant, or chemicals. 

  • Furthermore, you need to return the products in their original condition with the original packaging. The seller will reject the return of sale items. No return shipping cost has to be paid by the customers for faulty products, but it is applicable for normal products.

Step 2:

  • Three business days are taken from the date when the returned products are received by HĀVA AURA to process your return. After the processing of your return is complete, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided in your HĀVA AURA order.

  • The gift voucher details are sent to the consumers via a separate email, and you will come to know how to use the gift voucher through that email. HĀVA AURA cannot be held accountable for lost packages that are returned to them.

Step 3:

  • As per the Australian Consumer Law, they have the right to refuse the refund for products returned due to a change of mind. You can request a refund for faulty products sent by the proprietor.

  • On business days, your queries will be answered by the customer support team within one to two days. You can reach out to them through email or a form.

What is covered under the HĀVA AURA Warranty?

HĀVA AURA ensures that its products will be free from manufacturing defects when used for their intended purpose and follow all care instructions. The manufacturer commits, at its discretion during the warranty period, to either repair any material or workmanship defects or provide a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without any charges.

What is NOT covered under the HĀVA AURA Warranty?

The warranty excludes conditions arising from the user's failure to follow proper storage, care, or maintenance instructions for the product. It also does not cover conditions resulting from anything other than ordinary residential wear, or any use of the product for purposes not intended, including rental, semi-commercial, or commercial use. Additionally, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage is not covered. The warranty does not apply to dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse after 30 days of fair wear and tear.
