Step 1:

  • Confirm that your product was purchased from an authorized Jensen dealer and that you are the original retail purchaser. This warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the USA.

  • Check your warranty card or owner's manual for the applicable coverage period. The warranty length may vary depending on where the product was purchased and whether it was professionally installed by an authorized dealer.

  • Make sure the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect voltage is not covered under the warranty.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Jensen Mobile website to register your product. Registration is required to initiate a warranty claim and ensures your purchase details are on record for any future service requests.

  • Keep your original proof of purchase in a safe place. This is required to verify your purchase date and confirm warranty eligibility before any service is arranged.

  • Before contacting support, check the troubleshooting guide in your owner's manual, as many common issues can be resolved quickly without sending the product in for repair.

Step 3:

  • Complete the Product Registration & Warranty Claim form on the Jensen Mobile support website. Product registration is required. Provide your model number, serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  • If instructed to return your product, pack it carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and ship it by prepaid transportation with a copy of your original receipt to the address provided by the support team.

  • Jensen Mobile will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. Replacement products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What is covered under the Jensen Warranty?

Namsung America Inc. warrants Jensen Mobile products to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the date of original purchase.
Jensen will, at its option, repair the defect or furnish a new, renewed, or comparable replacement product at no charge, subject to verification of the defect and proof of purchase. Replacement products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Jensen Warranty?

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, product modification, or incorrect line voltage.

  • Software issues, installation or removal costs, unauthorized repairs, or damage occurring during return shipment to Jensen Mobile.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or used outside the USA warranty is valid for original retail purchasers only.
