Step 1:

  • The way to request the warranty is by dialing the provided telephone number in the warranty materials that came with the products or the CyberPowerPC under the applicable warranty period. 

  • An independent telephone number is active for the products not purchased directly from the company. A return merchandise authorization will be issued to you after your wrranty claim is approved and verified.

  • It is crucial to note that the RMA number will expire fifteen days after the date of issuance. The products received by the manufacturer without RMA number will be rejected.

Step 2:

  • You will have the returned products back in your hand if any of the required proofs are missing, such as evidence of purchase date, company invoice number, description of goods including serial and model numbers, the reason for return, exchange, or refund, and RMA number.

  • The products have to be returned within thirty days to receive the refund. Crossing this time limit will incur a fifteen percent restocking fee. CyberPowerPC does not provide refund, credit, or exchange after 45 days from the date of the invoice.

Step 3:

  • You need to return the products in unused, good, and resalable condition. Moreover, you should include all original packaging, materials, manuals, and a copy of the invoice in the package.

What is covered under the CyberPowerPC Warranty?

The company assures the original buyer that the products will be devoid of any material or workmanship defects for three years in terms of labor and one year for parts, starting from the date specified on the original invoice. If the product(s) supplied by the company is found to be defective due to improper workmanship or material, as reasonably determined by the company, the company commits to either repairing or replacing the product at no cost, except for any shipping or handling fees.

What is NOT covered under the CyberPowerPC Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for software, external devices, accessories, or additional parts incorporated into a Company system post-shipment, as well as accessories or parts not originally installed at the Company factory. Monitors, keyboards, and mice listed on the Company's standard price list are included in this warranty; any other monitors, keyboards, and mice are not eligible for warranty coverage.
