Your warranty claim will not be processed further until you provide valid proof of purchase, which may include the order number from online purchases made through Laifen, and a sales invoice.
Within one day, the customer support team will provide you with the address where the products should be returned after you contact them, providing reasons for the return and an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
To have the full refund, you are requested to return the non-damaged products in thirty days from the date when the products were delivered to you. Besides this, name of the courier and tracking number are required for the processing of the refund.
You will receive your refund in the same method that you used for the initial order once the returned products touch the premises of the warehouse. Please be patient for 3-5 working days as it is the processing time for refund.
When returning items unrelated to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.

SHUYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Laifen") provides a limited warranty for all Laifen machines. Laifen hair dryers come with a 2-year warranty covering both parts and labor, while Laifen electric toothbrushes are covered by a 1-year warranty for parts and labor. To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be originally purchased from Laifen and be free from defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Laifen retains the right to update, amend, and/or revise the terms of this warranty. Please note that the warranty is only valid in the country or region where the product was purchased.

The warranty becomes void under several circumstances, including if the product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller, if the warranty has expired, or if no proof of purchase can be provided. Additionally, if the product was repaired through unofficial channels, damaged during operations not in accordance with the Laifen user manual, or if the damage was caused by misuse or an accident, the warranty will also be nullified. Furthermore, damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.
