  • Hydro Flask warranty claims for any defective product begin with submitting a warranty request form.

  • The form contains the above-mentioned details, along with other required product information, such as the product name, a description of the issue, images for inspection, and your country of residence.

  • The customer support team will evaluate your issue by all means and determine the eligibility of the product for the claim.

Step 2:

  • They will then respond to you through email with return instructions. Make sure you send the product back to them along with your receipt and tracking number with shipping charges from your end.

  • They will resolve the issue in the product as soon as the product reaches their place and send it back to you within 10 business days.

Step 3:

  • You can directly chat, write, or call them to get valid responses and have your issues resolved in no time. 

  • They can also help you in finding the store near you, tracking your order, shipping, and returns, along with warranty claims. 

  • Items bought directly from the Hydro Flask website are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are processed within about 4 weeks after the product is received. Please note that the COD shipments are not accepted.
