  • The support team will review your request and guide you on the next steps. Depending on the situation, they may recommend troubleshooting, repair service, or a product replacement.

Step 3:

  • If your warranty claim is approved, follow the instructions provided by the support team to return your product safely. They will guide you on the correct return process and any required documentation.

  • Pack your items securely to prevent damage during transit. Accutone is not responsible for products that are damaged during return shipping.

  • Once your product is received and inspected by the service team, Accutone will proceed with the agreed resolution as promptly as possible.

What is covered under the Accutone Warranty?

Accutone's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, Accutone will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit at no charge.

What is NOT covered under the Accutone Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications or repairs. Physical damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, or faults resulting from use outside of the product's intended purpose are excluded. Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging is also not covered.
