  • Your product qualifies for warranty service when you meet the three conditions: providing the model number and part identification, explaining the kind of defects in the product or part, and informing the manufacturer within seven days about the covered defects.

Step 2:

  • Consequential damages encompass but are not restricted to, the expenses associated with repairing or replacing other property that incurs damage if the product fails to function properly. 

  • The warranty specifically addresses the replacement or repair of products or parts found to be defective. These replacement or repair services are limited to the company's primary facility or any other facility designated by the Broan-NuTone at various times.

Step 3:

  • The customer experience team possesses sound knowledge in pricing, order placement, order tracking, and returns. The product support group is tasked with resolving warranty issues, answering installation or wiring questions, and handling other related matters. 

  • They are determined to rectify your issues efficiently. An online form is provided, which can be used to contact either the customer experience team or the product support group. Both teams have different work timings.

  • During the warranty process, Broan-NuTone may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Broan-NuTone Warranty?

Broan-NuTone LLC assures the initial consumer buyer of its product that the product will be devoid of material defects in both the product itself and its workmanship for the specified duration. The limited warranty duration for any replacement parts supplied by the company, as well as for any products repaired or replaced under this limited warranty, will be the remaining period of the original warranty. The warranty applies exclusively to products that have been sold to original consumers in the United States either directly by the company or through U.S. distributors authorized by the company.

  • 1-year limited warranty on doorbells, heaters, overture, range hoods

  • 6-year limited warranty on dehumidifiers

What is NOT covered under the Broan-NuTone Warranty?

The warranty specifically excludes coverage for fluorescent lamp starters, tubes, halogen and incandescent bulbs, fuses, filters, ducts, roof caps, wall caps, and other ducting accessories that may be separately purchased and installed with the Product. Additionally, it does not encompass normal maintenance and service, regular wear and tear, misuse, abuse, abnormal usage, negligence, accidents, improper or insufficient maintenance, storage, or repair (excluding repairs conducted by the Company). The warranty does not cover damage resulting from faulty installation, installation or usage contrary to the recommendations or instructions of the Company or its representatives, relocation of the Product from its original installation point, damage due to environmental or natural elements, transit-related damage, natural wear of the finish, Products used in commercial or nonresidential settings, damage caused by fire, flood, or other acts of God, consumable parts, cosmetic damage (such as scratches or dents), or Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers.
