What is covered under the Hubbell Heaters Warranty?

Hubbell Heaters warrants that the products and their components, as produced by Hubbell (referred to as the "Product"), are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under standard conditions and serviced for the duration specified. This period starts from the installation date, provided it is installed by a licensed electrician and plumber (with specific proof required) and maintained according to Hubbell's written instructions.

What is NOT covered under the Hubbell Heaters Warranty?

The warranty will not cover Product failures resulting from liming, sediment buildup, chemical corrosion, chlorine corrosion, or freezing. It also excludes temperature setting adjustments, pressure-reducing valve adjustments, resets, and plumbing leaks. Misuse, tampering, misapplication, accidental damage, improper installation, or the application of incorrect voltage are not covered. Costs related to shipping, delivery, handling, or administrative charges are not included. The warranty does not cover product failures resulting from lightning, floods, or any other natural or man-made disasters, and it excludes any associated labor charges.
