HSI Professional is dedicated to providing better customer service. So to claim HSI Professional warranty, you have to register your product first. The registration can be done by emailing your details including your name, address, products, date of purchase, products purchased, and the store purchased from at [email protected]. Claims must be raised within 90 days of purchasing the products, as HSI Professional doesn’t support claims for the products that have exceeded the 90 days warranty period.
Make sure you have all the proof of purchase such as the dated receipt, and seller’s stamp to validate your warranty. If not, the claim will become void. The company typically takes 7-10 business days to process replacements.
HSI Professional doesn’t promise the quality of the products from non-authorized retailers. As per the return policy of HSI Professional, this also includes products purchased from sites that do not legitimately represent the company.
If your product requires replacement after the first year of purchase, you have to return it to an authorized HSI Service Center along with a money order or check for the amount of $19.95 for handling, shipping, and processing. The fee is waived only when your product is found defective within the first year.
The defective product will be either replaced or repaired with a reconditioned model at an HSI Service Center. Please note that the substituted product will remain under warranty for the remaining original warranty period.
All returns must be initiated within a 30 day period and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Any return or refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days after the product is received. Note that you are responsible for the shipping costs.
