Confirm your product was purchased new and unopened from an authorized House of Marley retailer. The warranty does not cover opened, used, repaired, repackaged, or resealed products, including those sold on internet auction sites or by surplus and bulk resellers; this warranty extends only to consumers and not to retailers.
Verify your product is within the 2-year warranty period from the original date of purchase, and that the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased and operated.
Make sure the issue is not the result of misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized accessories, alteration, improper installation, power loss, drops, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions; these are all explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
Visit the House of Marley website to register your product places your purchase details on record and make it easier for the Consumer Relations team to assist you quickly when processing any warranty or support request.
Have your product model number ready at all times. This is the first thing the Consumer Relations team will ask for when you contact them, so it's worth noting it down from the product box or instruction booklet straight away.
Refer to your product's instruction booklet for specific warranty information. Instruction books for all House of Marley products are available to download in PDF format on the House of Marley website if your physical copy is unavailable.
If you bought from a retail store, return it to the store of purchase if that's not possible, and the product is still under warranty, contact Consumer Relations with your model number ready.
If you bought from the House of Marley website, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Fill out the Returns Form on your packing slip, include all original materials, and ship using an insured tracked method; a pre-printed return label is included on your packing slip for convenience.
Once approved, House of Marley will repair or replace your product at their discretion. No refunds will be given under warranty; turnaround time is typically two to four weeks.
