The HON Full Lifetime Warranty applies to products manufactured after January 1, 2011, encompassing all HON product lines, materials, and components. In the rare circumstance of any HON product or component covered by this warranty failing due to defective material or workmanship under normal workplace usage, HON commits to repairing or replacing it with a comparable product, free of charge, at the discretion of HON.
The warranty excludes all basyx® by HON products, variations in color-fastness or color matching, as well as woodgrains or textures inherent in materials such as wood or leather. Additionally, it does not cover materials provided by the customer (COM) at their request, unauthorized modifications or attachments to the product, normal wear, and tear, improper installation, use, or maintenance as per product instructions, products used for rental purposes, or damage resulting from cleaning chemicals.
