The eligibility of the warranty claim is determined by the location where the products are sold, including the boundaries of the United States of America, U.S. Territories, and Canada. The location of purchase will not affect warranty claims for purchases made by the US military and federal agents.

The HON Full Lifetime Warranty applies to products manufactured after January 1, 2011, encompassing all HON product lines, materials, and components. In the rare circumstance of any HON product or component covered by this warranty failing due to defective material or workmanship under normal workplace usage, HON commits to repairing or replacing it with a comparable product, free of charge, at the discretion of HON.
1, 5, 7, 10, and 12-year warranty
The warranty excludes all basyx® by HON products, variations in color-fastness or color matching, as well as woodgrains or textures inherent in materials such as wood or leather. Additionally, it does not cover materials provided by the customer (COM) at their request, unauthorized modifications or attachments to the product, normal wear, and tear, improper installation, use, or maintenance as per product instructions, products used for rental purposes, or damage resulting from cleaning chemicals.
