What is covered under the Homedics Warranty?

Homedics markets its products with the assurance that they are devoid of defects in both manufacture and workmanship for a designated period from the original purchase date. Homedics ensures that, under normal use and service conditions, its products will be free from material and workmanship defects. It's important to note that this warranty is applicable solely to consumers and does not extend to retailers.

What is NOT covered under the Homedics Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alterations to the product, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part due to the failure to provide the manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism, environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair, or any other conditions beyond the control of Homedics. Products that require modifications or adaptation to operate in any country other than the one for which they were designed, manufactured, approved, and/or authorized, or products damaged by these modifications, are not covered under this warranty.
