  • Immediate product registration and following HIFIMAN on social media will extend the length of the warranty by an additional six months beyond the provided warranty period. Except for accessories, all kinds of HIFIMAN products can be registered.

  • You will not only have an extension of the warranty period but also receive product updates, exclusive deals, and simple proof of ownership for instances of loss or theft. Product and personal data have to be provided in the enrollment form.

Step 3:

  • HIFIMAN offers you a full refund after you return the products to the prescribed location by the customer support team, provided that you do not exceed the 30-day time limit from the purchase date.

  • The processing time for the refund will range from 5-7 business days after the return package is delivered to the company. The shipping fees will not be refunded.
