3 Simple Steps for AKG Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The final procedure for exchanging the defective products that come under the warranty period is that you will be contacted by the customer service agent within one or two days after completing the first two outlined procedures.

  • The initial action involves filling out all the required fields in the form, making sure none are left blank. This is followed by sending a clear copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice, along with your shipping address and the product's serial number, via email.

Step 2:

  • You should create an account to start the return process. Instantly, upon entering the account section, you need to tap on 'return for refund,' which is located in the order details section titled 'my orders'.

  • The return of orders using guest check must include the order number, last name, and zip code to be completed. The rest of the process is the same as above.

Step 3:

  • AKG intends to accept returns of products from customers within thirty days, including those sold via the official website. However, you cannot follow the return policy for products bought from retailers, as they have their own return policy.

  • The customer support team provides you with three options to contact them: email, direct phone call, and online chat. The email operates 24 hours a day, with a one-day response time from their side, while the latter two options are available for fixed hours.

  • During the warranty process, AKG may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the AKG Warranty?

The warranty provides protection for a designated duration starting from the date of purchase, as outlined in your sales receipt or as determined by AKG. It applies to products bought from an authorized AKG Professional dealer at the time of purchase, and you must present your original dated sales receipt when seeking warranty service within the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the AKG Warranty?

The warranty policy excludes coverage for damage or loss resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of the product, as well as damage during shipping due to failure to adhere to instructions in the owner's guide. Additionally, the following are not covered under this warranty: claims stemming from misrepresentations by the seller, alterations, defacing, or removal of the product's serial number; deterioration of component parts due to normal wear and tear, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads; and any accessory related to this product.
