The products that you returned to the Devialet will be replaced or repaired according to their preference. They use an equivalent model of the product for the replacement.
The unsatisfied products should be returned within 14 days with the exception that products of Devialet Care cannot be returned. Any changes should not have been made to the products.
You could have purchased the products from Devialet or its stores, but the manufacturer will proudly accept them after the return is arranged by the customer service team by contacting them beforehand.
Your bank account will receive a notification once the full refund for the product price is credited, provided that you have returned the products in accordance with the conditions outlined in the return policy after they have been checked and evaluated.
The corresponding date of the purchase or receipt of each product is assumed to be the beginning date of the trial period in the event multiple products have been purchased.

The warranty provided by Devialet extends solely to products acquired through the website, Devialet's retail outlets, or authorized dealers. Commencing from the receipt date of the product or the purchase date from a Devialet store or authorized dealer, the warranty remains effective, irrespective of any exchanges or replacements made during its duration.
The Devialet warranty excludes coverage for damage caused by regular wear and tear, accidents, mishandling, improper or negligent usage, lack of maintenance, or abuse by individuals other than Devialet.
