  • If you wish to get in touch with them regarding perfumes, kindly reach out to the customer team responsible for the perfume section.

  • You can reach out to both customer teams via phone, text, or email. However, the customer team handling clothing inquiries offers some additional features compared to the latter.

  • The inclusion of the name, email, residential address, contact number, provided subject, and the message you want to convey should not exceed 360 characters when filled out in the given form.

Step 2:

  • You have the flexibility to return any product within a 30-day window from the date of receipt.

  • However, for the return to be accepted, the product(s) should be in its original packaging and must include all accessories and accompanying documents, such as notices, warranties, return tags, and certificates of authenticity.

  • Please note that they cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that are damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled. Specifically, for shoes, they kindly request that you try them on a clean, soft, and dry carpet surface to prevent any harm to the soles.
