What is NOT covered under the Herman Miller Warranty?

Herman Miller's warranty does not cover natural variations in wood grain or figure, character marks, changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light, marks in leather, veins, voids, or cracks in stone, normal wear and tear, pilling of textiles, color, grain, or texture variations in natural materials, colorfastness of textiles or surface finishes, damage from rubber or similar compounds, sharp objects, or writing instruments on veneer surfaces, changes in motor or mechanism decibel levels in height-adjustable products, damage or marking from sharp or foreign objects, and discoloration of textiles and surfaces from soiling, stains, or dye transfer, including from denim.
