  • Haworth will only address warranty claims when they are informed in written format within thirty days from the date the defects are noticed or learned by the purchaser and no later than three business days following the conclusion of the relevant warranty period.

  • The buyer is required to furnish the authentic Haworth order number and must adhere strictly to all guidelines, prerequisites, and directives given by Haworth, an Authorized Haworth Dealer, or their designated representative.

Step 2:

  • You have to possess the products without any signs of modifications, and by following the written specifications, instructions, and guides of Haworth, the covered products should have been used and maintained.

  • Any previous repairs on the covered product must have been carried out either by Haworth or by an installer certified by Haworth specifically for installing that particular covered product.

Step 3:

  • You may be confused about reaching out to the customer support team for product and technical questions, media relations, or obtaining information about the Haworth showroom, dealers, or retailers for purchase; hence, all can be found on one page.

What is covered under the Haworth Warranty?

The Limited Warranty pertains to newly manufactured products by either Haworth, Inc. or Haworth, Ltd., post-dated August 1, 2022 and sold to an end-user purchaser by Haworth or an Authorized Haworth Dealer. Covered Products also encompass new items produced by entities other than Haworth, post-dated August 1, 2022, and retailed to an end-user purchaser by Haworth or an Authorized Haworth Dealer as part of the Haworth Collection line, provided they are explicitly listed. At the point of purchase, the product is warranted to be free from any design or workmanship defect significantly hindering its performance or functionality under normal usage conditions.

What is NOT covered under the Haworth Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages occurring during transportation, or due to improper use, care, maintenance, or events beyond Haworth's control. It also excludes natural variations in wood and leather color, grain, or texture, as well as aging effects on materials like wood, fabric, and leather, resulting in color changes over time. Additionally, variations in dye lots for fabric, leather, or wall coverings, natural leather patina, fabric wrinkling or "puddling," dye transfer from clothing onto seating materials, color changes or fading from exposure to chemicals or sunlight, damages from integrating non-Haworth materials with the Covered Product, and flooring damage from glides, casters, or other components are not covered under the warranty.
