Record a detailed description of the malfunction and capture sample images (in 3FR or FFF RAW format) that demonstrate the issue to help technicians perform a remote diagnosis.

Reach out to the team directly by initiating a "Service Request" through your My Hasselblad account to generate a formal Service Order.
Securely pack your equipment ideally in its original specialized packaging to protect the sensitive sensor and mechanical components; note that users are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when sending items to a service center.
Include the printed Service Order/RMA and a copy of your sales receipt inside the package; once the authorized Hasselblad service center (located in Sweden, the USA, or regional hubs) validates the defect, they will coordinate the repair or replacement.
