3 Simple Steps for harttools Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• The HART Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage is valid for products purchased from authorized HART retailers, exclusively Walmart stores or Walmart’s website. Keep your valid proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

• You can register your product on the official HART website to keep your purchase details on record and simplify future warranty service.

• Ensure the product’s serial code is clearly visible on the unit, as warranty service cannot be provided if the serial code is removed or unreadable.

Step 2:

• All HART warranty work must be performed by an authorized HART Service Centre. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself or through a third party, as doing so will void the warranty. Contact the customer support team to initiate your claim and confirm service options before shipping or transporting your product.

• When contacting support, have your proof of purchase, product model number, serial number, and a description of the defect ready. The support team will guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, direct you to an authorized service location.

• For battery-specific claims, HART provides a dedicated Battery Replacement Claim portal on the HART Tools website. For hand tool warranty claims, complete the HART Warranty Claim Form at harttools.com and ship the tool prepaid (freight and insurance required) to the HART Tools Service Department, 1428 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625, along with a copy of your original receipt.

Step 3:

• Once the authorized  service centre inspects and confirms that the defect is covered under the applicable warranty, HART's obligation is to repair or replace the defective product or parts at no charge for parts or labour the specific remedy (repair or replacement) is at HART's sole discretion.

• For hand tools, if HART determines that the product cannot be serviced and a replacement is necessary, a similar product of equal or greater value will be shipped free of charge. A refundable deposit may be required during the service process at some authorized  service centres.

• Warranty claims are typically processed within a few weeks, depending on service volume. The purchaser is responsible for prepaid shipping and insurance costs when returning products to the service department.
