Step 1:

  • You must contact the customer service center of GUCCI to file a warranty claim. Even if you have inquiries about the GUCCI website or online purchasing, contact them.

  • You have four options to get in touch with them: calling over the phone, live chatting, using WhatsApp, or emailing.

  • After-sales services are available for products bought from the official website, any GUCCI boutique, or any other GUCCI-authorized retailer. The inclusion of a warranty card must be done for timepiece and watch repairs.

Step 2:

  • You are encouraged to create an account to effectively track and manage your orders. You can choose to initiate returns either by mail or in-store.

  • For online purchases, the return period extends to 30 days (except for beauty items, which have a 10-day return window) from the date of delivery.

  • In the case of in-store purchases, you can exchange or return eligible merchandise within a 14-day window from the date of purchase. 

  • To be eligible for return, the merchandise should remain unworn, retain its original condition, be in the original packaging with an undamaged box, have its original tags attached, and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Step 3:

  • Items that are personalized, made-to-measure, or made-to-order, as well as fragrance and beauty products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 7-10 days will be taken for the returns to be processed.
