What is covered under the Gucci Warranty?

The warranty is deemed valid only when the warranty certificate is accurately completed by the dealer upon purchase. This certificate must include vital information such as the product name or model number, the serial number, and the place and date of purchase. It covers any faults arising from defective parts or manufacturing defects. For service or repair of your GUCCI product, it must be exclusively managed by one of their authorized stores, an approved agent, or sent to the nearest service center as indicated in the service center list.

What is NOT covered under the Gucci Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages or faults resulting from accidents, improper use, or negligence.
