What is covered under the Gucci Warranty?

The warranty is considered valid when the warranty certificate is properly filled out by the dealer at the time of purchase. This certificate should contain essential details such as the product name or model number, the serial number, and the place and date of purchase. The warranty provides coverage for any faults resulting from defective parts or manufacturing defects. If your Gucci product requires service or repair, it should be exclusively handled by one of their authorized stores, or an approved agent, or sent to the nearest service center as specified in the service center list.

What is NOT covered under the Gucci Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to damages or faults caused by accidents, improper use, or negligence. It also does not cover damage resulting from the regular wear and tear of components like the case, bracelet, buckle, crown, or crystal, nor does it apply to the normal wear and aging of natural materials. Furthermore, if the product is used in a manner inconsistent with the general recommendations provided on the official website, it falls outside the scope of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the product or its components if they have undergone any operation or intervention by a third party other than Gucci agents.
