You have four options to get in touch with them: calling over the phone, live chatting, using WhatsApp, or emailing.
After-sales services are available for products bought from the official website, any GUCCI boutique, or any other GUCCI-authorized retailer. The inclusion of a warranty card must be done for timepiece and watch repairs.
You are encouraged to create an account to effectively track and manage your orders. You can choose to initiate returns either by mail or in-store.
For online purchases, the return period extends to 30 days (except for beauty items, which have a 10-day return window) from the date of delivery.
In the case of in-store purchases, you can exchange or return eligible merchandise within a 14-day window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for return, the merchandise should remain unworn, retain its original condition, be in the original packaging with an undamaged box, have its original tags attached, and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Items that are personalized, made-to-measure, or made-to-order, as well as fragrance and beauty products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 7-10 days will be taken for the returns to be processed.
