Step 1:

  • Customers have two options to claim their Corsair warranty: either through their user account or by contacting the customer service center. 

  • Make sure your product is under the warranty period. This can be found on the policy page of the website. Compare the time period with the date of purchase to finalize your eligibility for the claim.

  • During the warranty process, Corsair may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Each product has a warranty period ranging from 2 years, 2 to 6 years, 3 years, 3 to 10 years, or 5 to 10 years.

Step 2:

  • Once you’ve ensured your product is under warranty, create a ticket for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request at their support page. Returns without authorization will not be accepted by Corsair.

  • Drop down and Warranty (RMA) — Replacing My Product. Finally, submit your request with the correct information.

Step 3:

  • Their support team on the other end will look into the issue and send the initial response within two business days.

  • They will evaluate your product and update you about the eligibility of the product and further proceedings. 

Corsair Warranty Period:

  • 60-Day Return Policy.

  • Computer Cases, Graphic Cards, Gaming Peripherals, Audio Products — 2 years warranty.

  • Cooling Products — 2–6 years warranty depending on the type.

  • Mobile Storage — 3 years warranty.

  • Power Supply Units(PSUs) — 3–10 years warranty depending on the type.

  • Solid State Drives(SSDs) & Flash Drives — 5–10 Years warranty depending on the type.

  • DRMA Modules — Limited lifetime warranty.

What is covered under the Corsair Warranty?

If a replacement is possible, Corsair at its discretion will provide refurbished or new products. You must always return the product to any place directed by Corsair or its original place of purchase to be eligible for the warranty rights.

What is NOT covered under the Corsair Warranty?

Corsair warranty will not be applicable to:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Connection to improper voltage supplies
  • Modifications, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
  • Improper operations or use not in line with product instructions
