3 Simple Steps for Corsair Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• Customers have two options to claim their Corsair warranty: either through the user account or by contacting the customer service center. 

• During the warranty process, Corsair may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

• Each product has a warranty period ranging from 2 years, 2 to 6 years, 3 years, 3 to 10 years, or 5 to 10 years.

Step 2:

• Once you’ve ensured your product is under warranty, create a ticket for a Return Merchandise Authorization request at the support page.

• Returns without authorization number will not be accepted by Corsair.

Step 3:

• Their support team on the other end will look into the issue and send the initial response within two business days.

• They will evaluate your product and update you about the eligibility of the product and further proceedings. 
  

Corsair Warranty Period:

• Corsair Computer Cases, Graphic Cards, Gaming Peripherals, and Audio Products have a 2-year warranty

• Corsair offers a 2-6 year warranty and a 3–10 year warranty on cooling products and power supply units, respectively

• Corsair provides a 5-10 year warranty on solid-state drives (SSDs) and flash drives
