What is covered under the Corsair Warranty?

The product will be replaced or repaired at Corsair’s expense if your Corsair system is not operating in accordance with its published technical specifications. If a replacement is possible, Corsair at its discretion will provide refurbished or new products. YOu must always return the product to any place directed by Corsair or its original place of purchase to be eligible for the warranty rights. Make sure you have the original sales receipt attached. Shipping & handling charges along with any taxes, applicable tariffs, duties or other fees must be paid from your end.

  • 60-Day Return Policy.

  • Computer Cases, Graphic Cards, Gaming Peripherals, Audio Products — 2 years warranty.

  • Cooling Products — 2–6 years warranty depending on the type.

  • Mobile Storage — 3 years warranty.

  • Power Supply Units(PSUs) — 3–10 years warranty depending on the type.

  • Solid State Drives(SSDs) & Flash Drives — 5–10 Years warranty depending on the type.

  • DRMA Modules — Limited lifetime warranty.

What is NOT covered under the Corsair Warranty?

Corsair also follows a strict procedure for damages that will not be covered by the warranty. They include wear and tear from normal use; any modifications, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repair; any improper operations, including any use not in accordance with the supplied product instructions; any other cause not related to a product defect in materials or workmanship; products damaged during crypto mining operations; connection to any improper voltage supplies. Corsair cannot address the issue you are reporting and will also not include it in the warranty claim.
