You need to inform them why you are making the warranty claim in detail in the particular box provided for that. Your warranty claim will not be processed unless you provide the original proof of purchase. Customers have no authority to transfer the warranty.
The buyers have to incur freight costs to return the damaged products in their original boxes or adequate packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the return authorization number should be included in the packaging.
The return authorization number can be received in two ways: one by filling out the warranty claim form and the second by calling the customer support team through the phone.
The products can qualify for a full refund of their original purchase price if they are returned in an unused and undamaged condition, within fifteen days of the initial shipment date, and are accompanied by the original packaging.
In the event, you return the merchandise within thirty days from the original shipment date, a store credit will be provided to you after fifteen days. The condition of the product should be as mentioned above.
Shipping costs, both for the original shipment and the return, are not eligible for a refund unless there was an error in the shipment of the merchandise.

Grizzly Coolers LLC warrants that Grizzly Coolers are devoid of material or workmanship defects from the manufacturer under typical usage and service for a particular period starting from the original purchase date. This warranty stands as your sole entitlement, with no warranties extending beyond the explicitly described terms on the official website. In the event of a warranted circumstance, Grizzly Coolers will either repair the faulty product or component or furnish a replacement product or component if found defective within the lifetime of the initial buyer.

The warranty becomes null and void under several conditions, including if the product or its components have been utilized for commercial purposes, subjected to abuse, misuse, or negligence, damaged in an accident, unreasonably used or employed for any purpose not originally intended, altered or repaired in any manner from its original configuration, or if damage occurs due to any act of nature. Additionally, normal wear and tear, such as rips, scratches, discoloration, fading, and non-adhesive graphics, is not encompassed by this warranty. The loss of parts or components removed from the product is also excluded from the coverage provided by the warranty terms.
