3 Simple Steps for Grizzly Coolers Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• The compulsory fields, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, model, color, place and date of the purchase, and a photo of the defects, must be provided in the warranty claim form.

• You need to inform them why you are making the warranty claim in detail in the particular box provided for that.

• Your warranty claim will not be processed unless you provide the original proof of purchase. 

• During the warranty process, Grizzly Coolers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period varies by product.
  

Step 2:

• The buyers have to incur freight costs to return the damaged products in their original boxes or adequate packaging.

• A copy of the original sales receipt and the return authorization number should be included in the packaging.

• The return authorization number can be received in two ways: one by filling out the warranty claim form and the second by calling the customer support team through the phone.
  

Step 3:

• The products can qualify for a full refund of their original purchase price if they are returned in an unused and undamaged condition, within fifteen days of the initial shipment date.

• In the event, you return the merchandise within thirty days from the original shipment date, a store credit will be provided to you after fifteen days. 

• Shipping costs, both for the original shipment and the return, are not eligible for a refund unless there was an error in the shipment of the merchandise.

• 2-year warranty on drifter coolers
